About

I started out as a young boy with ADHD who couldn’t sit still or keep quiet. I was constantly looking around, sitting even for a minute made me feel like I was going to explode.

My parents found a way to get all my energy out by putting me into Kick Boxing and Grappling classes. While they were fun and I excelled at the physical aspect, I was never into the actual fighting. In order to help with my balance and flexibility, my parents signed me up for Ballet lessons, and I took to it instantly. It had all the fun and exercise of MMA without the parts I didn’t like. I stuck with them both until my first time on stage, that’s when I fell in love with performance,

It wasn’t long before I moved completely to dance and trained till I eventually rose to the professional ranks. I spent a year in the Joburg ballet company before moving to the Russian School of ballet. For those two years, while I was enjoying my time as a professional on stage, my body was not able to keep up. I was struggling constantly from a hip related injury and was in and out of the chiropractors’ and the physio-therapists offices.

It was then that I decided that while I was studying to become a professional trainer, I would use my knowledge as a lifelong athlete and now a personal trainer to help guide others into the world I love so much.
